This Is Our Story

 

Having spent many years working for top brand privately owned property companies Simon become disenfranchised with corporate targets and a 'profit first' ethos after the company he worked for was sold. So he created Specialist Letting Ltd to offer a more personal service for landlords and tenants.

 

We focus on what really matters in the job; the day to day managing of investment properties. We offer a select and limited number of clients a very personal property investment service. We don't get hung up on the letting because we work in collaboration with lots of good letting agents to do that for us. (The letting agent's fee is included in our management fee).

We only manage a fixed number of properties to ensure that our service is beyond comparison. It's a bit exclusive but then so are our clients and their investment properties.
